One-to-one.
With our one-to-one training sessions in Sidcup you will receive a carefully personalised programme that takes into account your current fitness levels, any injurys or physical limitations and your fitness goals. No matter what your goal may be, we will be there to help you achieve them and support you throughout your journey.
Small group training.
Everyone enjoys training with others and experience has shown that it boosts morale and overall performance. As with one-to-one training we will fully personalise the training session and we will always try and incorporate a team element to every session. All Urban 59 small group sessions are carried out in our private gym in Sidcup.
Online.
Do you live a little further afield? With our online offering we can support you with your nutritional and training needs. A customised plan that works for your body and adjusts with your schedule having peace of mind that you're doing the right things to get the best results.
