Fit For Life.

These sessions are designed for anyone who wants or needs a gentler approach to strength training, without compromising on results. Fit for Life is all about building strength, confidence, and mobility at your own pace, in a safe and encouraging environment.

Every session is fully coached, with exercises adapted to suit your body, ability, and goals. There’s no pressure, no rushing, and no comparison, just supportive guidance, controlled movements, and steady progress. If you’re 18 or 80, this could be the right session for you.

If you’ve ever felt that regular classes move too fast or feel intimidating, Fit for Life small group training is the perfect place to start. These sessions are about moving well, feeling strong, and staying fit for life.

Our small group Fit for Life sessions currently run three times a week. We are based in a private home gym in Sidcup, Kent.

Tuesdays 9am

Wednesdays 11am

Fridays 11am

You can purchase a membership for our Fit for Life sessions here by simply clicking on the plan of choice. Once you have clicked on the plan follow the instructions on the next page. Once you have purchased the membership you can start booking into to sessions. Your membership starts on the date of purchase.
