Our one-to-one personal training in Sidcup offers a completely personalised coaching experience in a private, supportive environment. PT Membership Plans
Our one-to-one personal training in Sidcup is intentionally limited, allowing us to work with a select number of clients at any one time. Each session lasts 55 minutes and takes place in our exclusive private gym in Sidcup, ensuring a focused, personalised training experience.

Join up to 4x One to one PT sessions per month. Build some strong foundations by training 4x per week and start to reap the rewards of strength training. You could also use this option alongside our small group Urban 59 sessions.

Complete 6x One to one PT sessions per month. This is where you will really start to see some bigger changes in your strength and fitness.

Complete 8x PT sessions per month. Train with us on average twice a week for faster progress, better technique and more confidence. This will help you build routine and consistency in your training.
